When completing the CX500C Rebuild in 2003. I purchased and fitted the JAMA Pipes and JAMA Balance Box to finish the overhaul reconstruction of my CX500C. The JAMA Exhaust assembly is still in very good condition given the amount of use I have had during the operation of the Machine to this current date.

The adjustments tuning made to the Carburettor System was quite minimal. The after Market JAMA Exhaust System performed extremely well in fact. Exhaust Assembly Maintenance involved less maintenance and less time consuming than the Original CX500 Exhaust Assembly.

The Part Assembly Configuration of the JAMA Exhaust System had less Part Assembly Configuration as opposed to the Original CX500 Exhaust Assembly. Which made the JAMA Exhaust System less prone to Part Vibration and Exhaust Leakage.

Less Parts in the JAMA Exhaust Unit equates to less time in Maintenance Vibration Parts Check.

The Exhaust are easy to maintain and clean. They still retain the Genuine CX500 Baffle Sound Configuration that CXers are affiliated with rendering the Sequential Baffle.

When cleaning the Exhaust Assembly, I prefer to use Purple Polish Solution.
Purple Metal Polish contains a superior abrasive along with Hi-tech cleaners and sealers to SAFELY CLEAN,SHINE and PROTECT all metal surfaces WITHOUT SCRATCHING!. Making maintenance easier and cost effective.
